Insurance, Reimbursement, and Benefits

Dealing with insurance can be really daunting and we try to help you understand what you have to pay with your insurance. The deductibles, copays and coinsurances can be very confusing and sometimes you have to pay fully out of pocket until you reach your deductible. Also, deductibles generally reset at the beginning of the year so you may have to be pay more at the beginning of the year versus later on. 

At Optimal, we realize the existing process can be daunting. Once we verify your insurance we will let you know what to expect in terms of how much you may be liable for with your insurance. Sometimes it can be surprising with how much you might owe, if you feel that it will be too much we also understand if you have to go in a different direction.
